Consumer health data privacy policy

This policy explains how Evens Kibangou, operating as StrongBeyond, handles consumer health data, as required by Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar state laws. Our general Privacy policy covers everything else.

1. Categories of consumer health data we collect

Quiz answers about GLP 1 medication use or stopping, life stage (perimenopause or menopause), weight lost range, physical changes noticed (daily tasks, energy, skin, weight loss slowing), strength training habits, appetite, protein intake confidence and main health worry. Results we derive from them: profile, track and priorities.

2. Why we collect it and how we use it

Only to create and show your results, personalize your starter plan, weekly plans and program, and send you messages about them. We never use it for advertising.

3. Where it comes from

Directly from you, through the quiz.

4. Who we share it with

Our processors under contract: Cloudflare (stores your answers), and Loops (receives only your track and profile name, with your email, to send the right emails). We do not share consumer health data with Meta, with any advertiser, or with anyone else, and we never sell it.

5. Consent

We ask for your consent before the quiz starts. You can withdraw it anytime; we then delete your answers and results.

6. Your rights

Confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, access it, get the list of processors, withdraw consent, and have it deleted, including from our processors. We respond within 45 days, with one possible 45 day extension, and you may appeal a refusal.

The button opens an email to privacy@getstrongbeyond.com with “Health data request” in the subject. Send it from the address you used for the quiz, and tell us what you want: withdraw consent, delete your data, or both.
