Privacy policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Washington law asks us to publish a separate Consumer health data privacy policy. Read it together with this one.

1. Who we are

StrongBeyond is operated by Evens Kibangou, a sole proprietor, 1400 Ottawa Street, Montréal QC H3C 0Y9, Canada (“we”, “us”). Contact: privacy@getstrongbeyond.com.

2. What this policy covers

Our website at getstrongbeyond.com, the StrongBeyond quiz, the founding member presale, and the emails we send, including the founding member plans. When the StrongBeyond program opens on the web, and again when the app opens, we will update this policy before it applies to them.

3. What we collect

  1. Your quiz answers: where you are with a GLP 1 medication, age range, life stage, weight lost range, changes you have noticed, how often you train, where you prefer to work out, appetite, confidence about protein, your main worry, and apps you tried. These answers and the results we create from them (your profile, track and priorities) are consumer health data. The Consumer health data privacy policy explains how we handle them.
  2. Your email address, and whether you agreed to receive tips and updates.
  3. If you buy: your name, email, billing country and postal code, and payment status. Our payment processor, Stripe, handles your card details; we never see or store your full card number.
  4. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and cookie identifiers, including Meta’s advertising cookies if they are enabled for you (see section 6).
  5. How you found us: if you arrived through one of our ads or a partner creator’s link, the campaign, ad or creator code in that link. These are codes, never your answers.
  6. Funnel analytics: which quiz step you reached, without your answers.

4. How we use it

  1. To show your results and send them to you.
  2. To deliver what you bought: your Week 1 guide, your personalized starter plan, your weekly plans, and the membership.
  3. To process payments, refunds, renewals and cancellations.
  4. To send tips and updates, only if you ticked the box. Unsubscribe anytime from any email.
  5. To understand where the quiz loses people, using step numbers only.
  6. To measure our ads and creator partnerships: Meta receives only the home page view described in section 6, and we count quiz steps, sign ups and purchases per ad and per creator code in our own database.
  7. To keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.

5. Who receives it

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that run the service for us under contract and only for that purpose: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), Loops (email). We may disclose data if the law requires it.

6. Advertising measurement

Your quiz answers, results and any health information are never sent to Meta or any other advertising platform. Your email address is never sent to Meta either, hashed or not. If ad measurement is enabled for you, Meta receives only one event: that a browser viewed our home page, together with cookie identifiers, IP address and browser type. No Meta code runs on the quiz, results, checkout or thank you pages, and we send Meta nothing about whether you took the quiz, left your email or bought. Meta may learn from this that a browser visited our home page.

If you visit from Washington, Nevada or Connecticut, we ask you first, and nothing is sent to Meta unless you choose Allow. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a no, wherever you are.

7. How long we keep it

Quiz answers and results from people who did not buy: deleted 12 months after the quiz. Members: for as long as the membership lasts, then deleted within 90 days. Purchase and tax records: as long as tax law requires. Analytics without answers: 13 months. Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

8. How we protect it

HTTPS everywhere, quiz answers stored encrypted, access limited to the founder, and providers bound by contract. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as the law requires.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@getstrongbeyond.com. We answer within 45 days and tell you if we need one 45 day extension. If we refuse, you can appeal by replying to our answer. Some states give you extra rights; we honor them for every user.

10. Age

StrongBeyond is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Where data is processed

We are based in Canada and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

12. Changes

We will post changes here and email members before any material change takes effect.
